Hercules 180-Watt Cordless EPS/EPP Foam Hot Knife Kit (Hercules SC-890)

The Cordless SC-890 hot knife is a powerful 180-watt tool designed for smooth, mess-free cutting of various expanded and extruded polystyrene and styrofoam materials. With a rapid heat-up time, lightweight and ergonomic design, and variable power control, it efficiently handles production cutting of styrofoam up to 12" thick. The kit includes the SC-890 hot knife, along with an 8" and a 4" steel flat blade, a 36V battery, AC charger, allen wrench, cleaning brush, and molded plastic case. While designed for intermittent use, it is advised to limit usage to 15 seconds with a cooling period of at least 20 seconds before subsequent use.
